Warehouse Manager
Under the direction of the General Manager the Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned Associates in the receiving, picking & packing, and warehousing of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives. Overseeing about 30+ team members and helps with the operational, fiscal, and human resource responsibility for the entire department. This individual sets the tone for the culture of the department and ensures that team members accomplish the work and treats them equitably and respectfully. This individual provides the vision and motivation for the department to improve recruitment and retention efforts. This individual constantly evaluates ways to improve the operational flow and maintains the quality and safety standards defined by Renewal. From an operational standpoint, this individual will take ownership of the operations by taking responsibility for anything within the department, ensure that all carts are filled accurately and timely delivering a high quality according to client’s requirements; foresee needs or problems that may arise and have action plans in place to avoid production disruptions; communicate stock item needs to warehouse and place supply orders as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manages, coaches and cross trains employees to maximize a positive work environment and overall KPI’s
- Build positive relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers. It includes negotiating and resolving conflicts and providing excellent customer service.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversees the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments using WMS.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Analyze data to track progress and make informed decisions.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year logistics or warehousing supervision
- Forklift Certification a plus
