Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing schedules, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Provide support to front desk operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using various office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
