Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the FL area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in real estate transactions. They should be organized, helpful, EXTREMELY detail-oriented, and learning-based. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.

Responsibilities:-
Manage Calendars and Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Client Database and Transaction Tracking: Input client information into the database, track transaction activities, and ensure all documents comply with office broker requirements

Administrative Oversight: Oversee all administrative tasks from the executed purchase agreement through to closing, ensuring a smooth process for both buyers and sellers

Inspection and Repairs Coordination: Schedule home inspections and necessary repairs, assisting in negotiations to address any repair-related issues

Offer and Counteroffer Management: Obtain the seller’s approval for buyer offers and counteroffers to expedite the transaction process

Event Arrangement: Organize and attend events related to the closing process, including moving schedules and other logistics

Post-Closing Management: Handle post-closing systems and maintain communication with past clients

Financial Management: Oversee financial systems, including bookkeeping, relocation services, and bill payments

Project Implementation: Execute projects assigned by agents as needed to support team goals

Lead and Prospect Management: Manage incoming and outgoing leads, track sources of business, and ensure team performance metrics are on track

Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Provide excellent customer service, negotiate inspection responses, and address any closing issues promptly

Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure reliable service and support for the team

Team and Office Logistics: Assist with logistical needs for the team and office to maintain efficiency

Contract Oversight: Monitor contracts through to closing to ensure all terms and conditions are met
