We are currently seeking to fill 1 Night Auditor position to work our overnight front desk shift and balance all hotel revenue at the end of each day. Are you a customer service superstar looking for a new place to spread your wings? Come be a part of our lively, dynamic family!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
- Accurately balance all hotel income and expenses for 24 hour hotel operating period
- Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue and telephone revenue; assists in the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
- Completes and transmits daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents; prepares customer tracking report, market segmentation report, food and beverage report and other auditing reports necessary to ensure accurate accounting
- Respond efficiently to guest complaints and provide service recovery for ultimate guest satisfaction
- Communicate with other departments to provide superior guest service and promote teamwork
- Support and comply with all hotel policies and procedures
- Enhance guest experience by “WOWing” guests on a daily basis!
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with some customer service experience
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license
- Must speak fluent English. Bilingual a plus!
- Strong communication, reading, writing, computer and basic math skills
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities
- Ability to stand for extended period of time
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must have open availability. Required to work weekends, evenings and holidays according to the needs and demands of the hotel.
