Our clinic is a well-established, provider owned and operated Orthopedic Practice in Everett, Washington. We are recruiting a Certified Occupational Hand Therapist to join our busy clinic. We offer BONUS up to $10,000.
Occupational Therapist would provide direct care to hand and upper extremity patients, including but not limited to establish treatment and rehab plan for patients and custom splinting.
Job Duties
Treat patients by using therapeutic activities designed to improve function, monitor a patient's activities to make sure they are performing correctly and to offer encouragement, document patient’s progress in appropriate records. Instruct patients, their families and any other caregivers in skills and techniques of the patient's treatment program while communicating with physicians in clinic. Maintain the office treatment areas, facility equipment and supply/inventory.
Preferred Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Hand Therapist. Previous experience in Orthopedic/Hand Therapy clinical setting a plus. Previous experience with EMR.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License, Current NBCOT Certificate.
