Overview:
We are looking for a front desk manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has an upbeat, positive energy with a willingness to learn new skills. We are flexible with school schedules, parenting responsibilities, and promote a healthy work-life balance. We can commit to set schedules, will post working hours 4 weeks in advance, and offer paid lunch breaks. Our favorite perk is getting to try new nail color collections! Responsibilities:
- Respond to reviews on all platforms in a timely manner
- Manage social media accounts
- Manage inventory
- Assist owner in hiring, interviewing, and training employees
- Write schedule for front desk
- Ensure customer satisfaction
(Front Desk duties:)
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa
- Answer calls and return voicemails in a timely manner
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Assist nail technicians with turnover: refilling materials, cleaning tubs, etc.
- Maintain a clean working space: bathroom checks, frequent counter wipe downs, maintaining an organized and clean nail polish wall
- Check in and check out guests
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
