Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and assist customers with their purchases
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience in electronics, technology, appliance sales, or retail environments is a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and calculating totals
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services to customers
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts
- Capability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefit
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus!
