Job Overview
Handle all incoming customer and field service calls, complete order entry and in turn facilitate shipments and required returns productively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain knowledge of software versions of the robotic systems to ensure accuracy of ordering parts
- Clean work areas, dispose of samples and locate all samples needed for testing
- Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
- Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- 2+ years of experience - required
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Passion for best-in-class customer service and ability to make customers promoters of our products and services
- Computer skills and know-how to navigate between different systems
