Montana Psychiatry & Brain Health Center (“Montana Psychiatry”), a leading provider of psychiatric services, is seeking a Infusion Registered Nurse provider. Montana Psychiatry provides high-quality and affordable outpatient care through cutting-edge treatments and interventions including pharmacotherapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), IV Ketamine, Spravato, and psychotherapy.
Montana Psychiatry is a physician-led practice that was co-founded in 2009 by Dr. Erin Amato in Billings, MT. Dr. Amato has always been committed to serving patients in the community and region and giving back to underserved communities that lack high quality mental health services. Montana Psychiatry joined the Turnwell Mental Health Network in November 2022 with the intent to expand local access to transformative treatment to more communities in Montana and Wyoming, and this new location and psychiatrist will further that mission.
We are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated Infusion Registered Nurse join our team. Interested candidates must have experience, and must be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally. This person will assist in Ketamine Infusion Therapy.

Responsibilities:

This role will play an important role in communicating effectively with patients and staff and maintaining an organized administrative schedule.

They will prepare and assist in the setup of infusion rooms for the examination and treatment of patients.

Oversee the patient triage, from scheduling appointments assisting with referral processing, and arranging laboratory services.

Prepare patients for examination or infusion, take vitals, and record patients' health history.

Prepare equipment and infusion rooms and clean equipment and infusion rooms.

Assist the Practitioner with preparing patients for infusions, procedures, or exams.

Manage inventory of medical supplies and stock infusion rooms with appropriate supplies

Responsible for administering Injections or IV fluids as directed by the Practitioner.

Responsible for patient follow-up and lead phone calls to prospective patients.

Perform other duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our clinic.

You will support Practitioners and medical assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Qualifications:

(Required) Experience with IVs
-
(Required) Willingness to be flexible and adapt as situations require.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Current license to practice nursing in the state.
