The POS Inventory Warehouse Manager oversees and maintains the accuracy of 1,000 SKU inventory levels, movements, and transactions within the POS Inventory Warehouse, which services our five hometowns. This role ensures adequate POS inventory levels to support sales teams and marketing initiatives in 1,300 retail locations. The POS Inventory Warehouse Manager is responsible for the seamless operation of the POS Inventory Warehouse, showroom experience for our sales team in each hometown location, and responsible for building a high effective team through development of inventory management best practices. This role is part of the Marketing Operations team.
The POS Inventory Warehouse Manager operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively communicating business conditions and decisions across various stakeholder groups and levels, including warehouse associates and Andrews leadership. This position requires proven experience in inventory management, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is preferred.

Leads the day-to-day POS Warehouse activities in support of all sales and marketing programs.
Oversees the accuracy and integrity of 1000+ SKUs of POS inventory, ensuring timely execution and strict quality standards in support of sales and marketing programs.
Ensures inventory levels are adequate by coordinating receiving, storing, and distribution process to meet demand through effective asset management.
Manges availability and accuracy of POS through online ordering platform and inventory management software to make a seamless customer experience for sales teams in 1,300 retail locations.
Develops and enforces standards for control systems including hometown and warehouse KPIs, best practices and proactive strategies to manage the movement and tracking of POS materials.
Designs and develops warehouse design and racking system for inventory spacing effectiveness.
Responds to and provides solutions for POS Warehouse facility issues and required maintenance.
Creates and maintains the showroom experience for each hometown sales team; five hometown locations.
Handles challenges and leads problem resolution in a timely manner and ensures project outcomes meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
Generates and presents detailed inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement that can have a large- scale influence.
Ensures TABC Compliance and produces reports and summaries as required.
Develops and manages the department budget.
Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborates and communicates cross functionally with the Sales, Operations and Shared Services teams to ensure high-level customer service and POS Inventory administration in support of sales and marketing business objectives.
Communicates effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of inventory levels with business needs.
Coordinates with the Marketing Operations leadership on large scale initiatives and POS transformation.
Collaborates with Brand and Planning teams on upcoming product programs and related marketing plans and materials.
Leads a team of POS Operations Specialists across each hometown through training, development, performance coaching and evaluation.
Ensures all team members/peers have the knowledge and tools needed to be successful by providing process management expertise.
Provides training and guidance to POS Operations team through regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about inventory procedures and safety protocol.
Sets clear performance standards and coaches team member development via work-withs to ensure the proper use of performance measurement tools.
Provides timely coaching and feedback to team members/peers.
Continuously reviews processes and procedures for improvement; asks for feedback from stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and goals are achieved.
Reviews and evaluates recommendations and feedback to improve quality, reduce costs and/or add value for our customers.
Stays updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve inventory management strategies.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a Related Field
8+ Years Operations and Inventory Management Experience
Previous Warehouse Inventory Management (1000+ SKUs)
Advanced MS Office and Technical Skills
Advanced Communication and Interpersonal Skills
