We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hair Transplant Surgery Tech to join our dynamic team in Greenwich, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the hair transplant process, meticulously dissecting hair grafts under microscopes and expertly placing them with the proper angle and orientation into the recipient sites created by our hair transplant surgeon.
Certified Medical Assistant:
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: 1. Knowledge of FUE and FUT hair transplant surgery operations 2. Expertise with cutting and placing hair grafts. 3. 2+ years’ experience as an Medical Assistant 4. Ability to clearly communicate information to patients, physicians, and office staff. 5. Ability to work well with others in a friendly, positive work environment. 6. Able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. 7. Computer literacy a must 8. Ability to work long work hours when required. 9. Ability to travel to other Medical offices for training and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Taking vital signs and obtaining history for medical documentation 2. Assist in medical /office procedures (suture removal, post-operative appointments) 3. Escort patients to exam rooms in order of appointment times. Obtain a brief history and vital signs as required. 4. Anticipate physician needs for scheduled and non-scheduled appointments/procedure. 5. Ensure the operating room is properly prepped and everything is set up for each hair transplant procedure. 6. Work under the microscope to dissect tissue with care and precision. 7. Place hair grafts into the recipient sites created by the Ziering Surgeon 8. Provide and review all post-operative instructions with patients. 9. Follow-up with patients after treatment as needed. 10. Ensure universal precautions including biohazard disposal. 11. Ensure adequate inventory of all medical supplies. 12. Clean and stock all exam/treatment rooms

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
