Servers are some of the most important people in this industry when it comes to representation of our business. A servers conduct tells everyone what they want to know about a restaurant. If a server is unknowledgeable, unaware, inattentive, unbecoming with their attitude, and clearly unhappy to be there, theres no shot at success. Upon completion of training, a server will be required to demonstrate progressively practice the following.
