Primary Function:
The receptionist is responsible to oversee office visitors and managing office tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Helping to maintain workplace security by assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and route calls, as necessary.
- Handling client payments and creating the daily bank deposit.
- Distributing electronic faxes to agency personnel.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients.
- Performs additional business tasks or functions as assigned.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members in all functional areas.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Competency in technology including Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision; flexible, team player.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Respects confidentiality in discussing customer, staff, and organizational matters.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
