Join our clinical team at Behavior One Autism Solutions as a Behavior Technician to provide quality and individualized services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and developmental delays.

- Behavior Technician: $18-$20 pay rate – up to 6 months experience
- Senior Behavior Technician: $20-$23 pay rate -6 months+ experience
- Lead Behavior Technician: $23-$25 pay rate – 2+ years of experience with bachelor's degree
- In ABA Master’s program: $25-$27

Paid training for ALL Behavior Technicians
Behavior One provides the following paid trainings:
- Paid entry-level Behavior Technician training
- 40-hour RBT training
- Ongoing supervision hours to meet RBT requirements
- CPR/BLS Certification and Training
- Quality Behavior Safety Training (QBS)

Job Requirements:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
- Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
- Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
- Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
- Ability to pass FBI & DOJ Live Scan background check
- Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
