Goat & Vine Winery is Hiring General Manager!
Duties include hiring and training This highest quality of restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with diners to address concerns or solve problems and creating work schedules for restaurant staff.
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
· Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
· Maintaining safety and food quality standards
· Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
· Organizing schedules Keeping track of employees’ hours
· Recording payroll data
· Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
· Developing and executing marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
· At least one years of Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
· Stress management/composure
· Proven leadership and time management skills
· Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
