I am looking to fill a part time assistant role. You must live locally and have the desire to be a dedicated assistant. If you are an agent and plan on continuing to sell, this is not the position for you. Through working as an assistant, you will hone the skills to work in an extremely fast-paced and high pressure environment. I am looking for serious inquiries only.
When working in the real estate industry, no task is above or below you, you must be willing to wear multiple hats in order to assist clients and enhance their experience, grow our business, expand our brand and multiply our income.
- Extremely high follow up and follow through with team members, clients, agents and vendors

- MUST have an Arizona Real Estate license or plan on obtaining one within the next month at your own cost
- MUST be punctual, well dressed, well spoken (in person and on the phone), have a driver’s license and a reliable car
- Flexible schedule with availability and an interest in accommodating clients on nights and weekends for both planned and last minute appointments
- Carry out client requests in a quick and friendly manner as well as understanding the importance and urgency of certain items
- Be familiar with social media platforms.
- Assist with all communication between clients, agents, vendors and referral buddies; possibly meet these people should I not be available
- Set showing appointments and arrange tours for buyers and renters
- Prepare listings (order photos, complete listing paperwork, order sign up, etc)
- Add and remove lockboxes as needed
- Contribute where needed when needed; happy and positive demeanor and know how to pivot in the event of unforeseen circumstances
- Attend weekly meetings to review client status, discuss current challenges, give feedback, collaborate to constantly improve our systems, client experience and our team.
- Managing tasks within Buyer and Seller checklists to ensure a precise and consistent experience for all clients
- Create systematized processes and procedures
- Manage team CRM and build workflows within the CRM
- Manage database contacts
- Coordinate buyer inspections
- Run errands
- Collaborate on team events and marketing ideas

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
