About the Role
Live Building Systems is looking for an Energy Analyst Intern to hire beginning in Spring 2020. This role will have exposure to over 4,500 buildings, analyzing energy consumption and trends, and help the account lead with customer support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze building's consumption of water, electricity, gas, and oil (using both utility bills and real-time data)
- Compile reports for Client Success teams, and assist in their preparation for clients
- Daily Client interaction via email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Assist in internal filing and documentation for implemented conservation measures
- Collaborate with team members and provide necessary data for case studies
- Utilize proprietary software to verify installed smart meters are fully connected
- Ad-hoc duties, as needed
Requirements
- Pursuing Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Environmental, Business, Economics, or Real Estate preferred)
- Interest in the real estate industry a plus
- Eager to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
