**Responsibilities**
The position requires and includes the following duties but is not limited to:
- Develops and cultivates a qualified client base using a variety of marketing approaches.
- Prospects for new business over the phone, utilizing social media platforms, email campaigns, and traditional marketing approaches.
- Attends trade shows and evening marketing events to acquire and retain clients.- Estimates and sells projects per company guidelines.
- Responds to customers quickly and appropriately based on the specific process defined by TCS.
- Manages quality control for jobs through on-site visits.
- Creates personal sales and business development plans and reviews these plans with immediate supervisor regularly to ensure success.
- Personally pursues an understanding of all products and services offered by the company through various training resources.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with all departments and everyone within the company.
- Works with CSR to maintain CRM and reports as directed by management.
- Project manages jobs when necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Prefer construction and/or facilities sales experience. Flooring experience is a definite plus.
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience.
