For our growing team in beautiful Charlotte, NC, we are looking for an energetic, conscientious, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our brilliant Administrative Team to help manage our Charlotte office.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Answer and transfer calls from customers
- Assist in event planning and organization of conferences
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts and activities in the company's various databases
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to multiple executives at varying levels and titles, including but not limited to mailing, scanning, copying, errands, shopping, as well as helping to keep the office organized
- Maintain office supplies
- Maintain a high level of executive support skills including excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist Office Manager with managing vendors, insurances, company cars
- Assist with tracking various items for property management, such as rents, HOA payments, violations, scheduling vendors for repairs/turnovers, filing insurance claims
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on administrative support experience minimum
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially in Word and Excel) and Google Docs, Email, Internet and CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding problem-solving skills in appropriate areas
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and reach deadlines
- Self-motivated and the ability to manage work independently
