We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Confirmations Agent/ Appointment Setter to join our team. As a Confirmations Agent/ Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and managing the appointment calendar. You will communicate with clients through various communication channels to ensure all appointments are confirmed and scheduled and that client's needs are met.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. You should also have the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the job.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and text messages.
- Set new appointments from a variety of inbound lead sources and outbound calling.
- Maintain an appointment calendar, ensuring appointments are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to reschedule appointments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in our company database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth scheduling and confirmation processes.
- Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a scheduling or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with computer programs and database management.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Working Hours and Compensation:
This is a full-time position of 40 hours a week Monday through Friday The compensation for this role is $17 an hour plus bonuses and commission.
