Overview: We are seeking a competent and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for smooth operations.
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Prepare meeting agendas and necessary materials.
- HR Support: Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and contractors, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events or activities.
The ideal candidate is focused, organized and self motivated. You must be able to operate in a very busy and face paced environment, but also effectively manage down time. You must be assertive and able to provide direction when needed. The ideal candidate will be professional and comfortable interacting with clients, but also able to assist with hands on design and warehouse management activities as needed.
