You will be joining our growing Homecare Agency and becoming part of our intake team. It's very important to be timely, skilled and organized in our family work environment. Tying skills, customer service skills and communication are a must. You will be case managing consumers on home care schedules, their homecare needs, caregivers shifts and modifications. And the reporting and documentation of critical incidents. Also assistance in supporting office needs.
