We're looking for a customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and face-to-face interactions using a friendly, helpful approach.
Experience with Microsoft Word, email, and other software programs. Organization and filing skills. Experience using apps such as Jobber, House Call Pro or Service Titan is a plus. Seeking Bi-lingual (spanish) applicants. Full time (32-40 hours a week). Friendly and positive attitude.
Position will require interaction with clients, vendors, employees, and referral network partners. You will assist the team in maintaning existing relationships and making new ones.
Pay range is $16-20 per hour depending on experience and bilingual.
