Seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D with home-based experience to join our team as Clinical Director of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, programming, and treatment services, while maintaining a small caseload of clients. In collaboration with the VP of Clinical Services, the Clinical Director will work with BCBAs to support and build a collaborative culture and ethical environment, ensuring quality services are being delivered.

Job Description:
The Clinical Director is primarily a remote work-from-home position, with the expectation of maintaining a small caseload of clients in which services will be provided in-home and/or hybrid via telehealth. The Clinical Director will work closely with our VP of Clinical Services and will collaborate with the team, contributing to the growth of Journey ABA by assisting clinical operations, programming, and treatment services, among other related tasks. We are seeking a new member of our team who will work with us to uphold a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and executing duties in order to fulfill the needs of our staff and clients, and deliver quality and ethical ABA services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitation of treatment individual and team meetings, individual and group supervision, and assisting with ongoing clinical trainings
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Develop, implement, and periodically review clinical program schedule, to ensure programming adheres to Journey’s treatment model
- Assign caseloads to ensure all clients and families receive services
- Focus on client and family experience and successful outcomes through consistent communication and attention to family needs
- Manage emerging crisis situations in the milieu and provide support as clinical back up on-call
- Coordinate peer reviews to be conducted quarterly
- Drive quality assurance efforts and quality improvement initiatives as required
- Review data collection and program effectiveness, collaborating with BCBAs and assisting/training as needed
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree and valid BCBA certification required
- Two years or more of relevant clinical ABA experience with adolescents, young adults, children and families
- Minimum of one year Clinical Director experience
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM with occasional later hours and weekends as needed
