Here's what you'll need:
Responsibilities and Duties
Revenue analytics based on client segmentation and revenue streams.
Review MSAs for fee related details.
B2B revenue invoicing, and analytics reporting.
Addvantage fee schedule creation, review, and maintenance.
Train and/or assist account opening, closing, Trust Officers, and Trust Administrators with fee set up and calculations.
Produce and distribute fee set up reviews and account funding reviews to appropriate client teams.
Oversee B2C fee collection processes.
Produce and provide revenue metrics to the leadership team D/W/M/Q.
Client Service (Complex) CRM case resolutions.
Reconciliation of B2C fee invoices and payments.
Follow-up with appropriate parties regarding all receivables.
Provide monthly revenue reconciliation to finance team for audit tracking.
Assist with financial audit and reporting.
Provide review and feedback regarding fee charge offs, deviations, and/or concessions.
Ensure procedures are available and current.
Corporate training as required.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
4 to 6 years’ experience in financial services industry
Ability to interact with all levels of the company
Possess effective oral, written, and people skills
Ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Possesses tenacious drive and persistence in getting things done
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Intermediate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and phone during workday
Occasionally requires lifting of objects that are twenty pounds to a height of 3 – 4 feet
