You'll also be responsible for:
- Acting as a liaison between the agency and the community regarding community and customer needs.
- Developing and promoting home health programs and services while maintaining quality healthcare standards.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, the public, and healthcare professionals.
- Providing counsel to the agency regarding community needs and program development.
- Collaborating on policy development for new programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to marketing.
- Establishing public relations programs to foster good working relationships with physicians and community agencies.
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
We're Looking For:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred.
- Experience: Experience in the healthcare arena.
- Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Self-starter, internally motivated, and able to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously.
