We're thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. As a key member of HomeAssist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our patients through personalized, comprehensive care right in the comfort of their homes.
Your Impact:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapeutic retraining programs, setting measurable goals to track progress.
- Work closely with physicians and our multidisciplinary team to craft and revise care plans, ensuring they meet each patient's unique needs.
- Provide hands-on treatment and instruction, focusing on improving strength, coordination, and function, or teaching compensatory strategies for daily living.
- Engage in care coordination and discharge planning, acting as a crucial resource for other healthcare personnel and family members.
- Design and implement community reintegration activities, and recommend adaptive equipment to enhance patients' living and working environments.
- Lead and evaluate the performance of Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Who We're Looking For:
- A compassionate, skilled professional with a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- At least six months of occupational therapy experience, with home health experience seen as a valuable asset.
- Current, unrestricted OT licensure and CPR certification.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

- A full-time position with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000, based on your unique skills and experience.
