Job Description
ANB Baby is looking for a positive and professional Sales / Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact when it comes to creating, checking, and following up on orders. You’ll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience. This role will involve talking to customers on the phone frequently, as we are looking to create a personal experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Communication with Customers on a more personal level- Mainly by phone.
- Providing introductory information to new customers by Phone and email
- Creating, processing and following up with brands on all assigned orders.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re satisfied with any purchases
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions
Requirements
· Previous experience in Customer Service/ Sales Environment
- Friendly
- Attentiveness and patience
- Time-management skills
· Comfortable on the phone
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to troubleshoot
· Experience with Baby’s/ Baby Products is a plus
Employment Type: P/T or F/T but must work Sundays

Compensation: Based on experience
