About the Team
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Director of WoW Outcomes & Initiatives to join Value Stream Acceleration Services (VSAS) in EPIC. The ideal candidate will have digital transformation experience in implementing Ways of Working frameworks, including Lean & Agile, for product organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading solutions to empower the cross-functional teams within UKG to serve our customers well. Critical to this role is change management expertise to promote company values and enable mindset shifts that foster a culture of belonging, curiosity, and innovation within a rapidly shifting business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of a target operating model, focused on operational excellence frameworks in line with transformation efforts.
- Propel the evolution of new ways of working by developing processes and governance to shift from current to desired future state.
- Drive the adoption of a cross-functional team maturity model and measure its progress to propel the organization to empowered, autonomous cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement a holistic learning management curriculum to guide cross-functional efforts in the area of Operational Excellence.
- Foster an inclusive workplace that promotes our company values and culture.
- Collaborate closely across EPIC functions and with training & tooling teams to create and scale materials, workshops, and learning programs to support business outcomes.
