Salary: $54,000 + Bonus and SPIFs Depending on experience, Full Time Position
Candidates must be energetic, self-managed, and highly motivational in order to improve associate performance through coaching, training and accountability. Candidates must have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment managing a team, identifying sales breakdowns, and improving performance by teaching how to manage a book of business.
The Team Lead Sales Representative is a full time position. To ensure that Account Executives either make outbound calls or receive inbound calls from internet generated leads to book appointments for internal and external Financial Advisors.
Team Lead experience is a must, preferably in a financial setting. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 year experience in phone sales, monitoring/coaching or equivalent experience. They should have good basic computer skills including; typing, toggling screens and using multiple systems at a time. Applicants need to be personable, friendly and have great phone etiquette. Provide floor presence and answer all questions. Be available for employees that experience work problems providing appropriate counseling, coaching, direction and resolution. Consistent monitoring, coaching and side-by-sides with sales reps. to meet sales/quality goals
- Deliver feedback and tips to team members to help meet goals based on findings
- Conduct regular morning meetings with team to ensure morale is up and address and problems with campaigns
- Create initiatives to increase motivation and excitement on team as well as improve performance
- Work as member/leader of on-going projects that are important to area process or improvement. Represent the team on special projects/initiatives
- Along with Management team , assist with implementation of call center strategies & tactics
- Monitor team and report to the Management team daily: Actual Performance vs. Objectives
- Review daily, weekly and monthly statistics for team and provide regular status reports for all project areas to the Management team
- Provide daily communication of prior day and performance.
- Provide coaching to associates that are below performance objectives and complete performance improvement plan
- Address and document performance problems according to company policy: Conduct counseling sessions with Management team
- Identify training needs for team and report findings to Management Team
- Ensure Account Executives are following proper procedures to setting appointments
- Along with Management Team increase office retention and reduce office turnover
- Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns
· Essential Skills and Experience:
- Team Performance Management experience of at least 3 years in a call center setting
- 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create new initiatives, “think outside the box”
- Technical skills: must pass MS Excel and MS Word assessment
- Knowledge of office operations and policies

· Specific Expected Contributions:
- Ensure that Account executives meet department’s appointment goals
- Ensure that Account executives complete all daily tasks as assigned
- Attend training and staff meetings as required
- Ensure that Account executives answer internal and external representative questions
- Ensure sale agent are setting quality appointments and conducting follow-ups
