OBJECTIVE:
Handle each customer experience to ensure Bardi provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee while being the voice of our customers within the business.

Review CSR Forms (Customer Complaint Calls)
Communicate with multiple department managers/directors
Review Customer Account in Service Titan for Follow-up
Handle Damages with Third-Party Vendors
Track concerns in detail
SKILLS:
Ability to empathize with people and listen to concerns
Collecting facts about jobs/experiences with attention to detail
Problem-solving while being optimistic and enthusiastic
Strong verbal and written communication
Self-motivated who enjoys a challenge
Ability to navigate ServiceTitan or learn to be proficient in customer profiles

Pay: $18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
