Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist various departments as needed.
Salary range: $18.00 to $28.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
