Evergreen Oculofacial Plastic Surgery is a fast-paced, growing, one-physician specialty practice in a very sought after field, offering cosmetic and medical solutions in ophthalmic plastic & reconstructive surgery. Candidate will need to have exceptional customer service skills with a pleasant demeanor, as they will be interfacing with patients directly in their care. This is an elite medical practice offering a high level of esthetic and medical care.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Manage patient referrals and schedule appointments
- Check in/out patients, collect copays and balances
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Manage social media accounts, create content for the practice
- Sell and manage product inventory
Clinic hours: M, T, Th 9am-4pm, W 1-6pm, F 9am-12pm
Requirements:
Must have stellar interpersonal skills, a pleasant demeanor and a high standard of professionalism as well as some basic medical knowledge. Candidate will need to demonstrate efficiency, self motivation and be able to stay on task with minimal supervision. Must be able to learn quickly, receive instruction/correction and be adaptable to the needs of a growing practice. Candidate will be the front line of communication to the practice; must be an excellent communicator and teamwork oriented with good self-direction. Mastery of English grammar and spelling is highly preferred. A high level of professionalism, discretion and HIPAA compliance mandatory as well as some experience in social media management, content creation.
