As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping families, individuals, and businesses recover excess proceeds resulting from property foreclosures. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients as a voice of restitution while assessing their needs and providing them with security and relief. Your ability to effectively communicate homeowner rights, case details, and company services will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients. Additionally, your strong communication skills will enable you to assist many people while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and acquiring reasonable compensation.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent client experience skills and a positive attitude. We offer in-depth training including helpful scripts and templates to ensure success and that all leads are provided for you. Although scripts are provided for convenience and success, we are not looking for people who can simply read a script. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to find and locate prospective clients or heirs.
- Prospect for new clients and potential heirs by reaching out to respective parties (cold calling).
- Educate prospective clients/heirs on homeowner rights, case details, and legal services.
- Grow and maintain an existing book of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date with cases throughout the entire recovery process.
- Provide timely and detailed updates to clients and legal team.
- Demonstrate resiliency and apply an enthusiastic work ethic to close deals.
- Work assigned cases within a reasonable time in congruence with competitors.
- Maintain open lines of communication for future closing opportunities when necessary.
- Fairly negotiate fees for company services when necessary.
- Maintain a complete understanding of training materials and pass our knowledge test.
- Stay up to date on new and changing laws regarding asset recovery.
- Constructively and effectively deal with conflict and adversity that arises.
- Support other team members to accomplish high-achieving success.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reach out for help when needed. (There are no stupid questions!)
Experience:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferred
- 1 year of real estate experience, preferred
Skills:
- Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer experience skills
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing clients
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for research purposes
- Ability to learn and retain information
Education
- High School Degree or GED
- Some college, preferred

- Taylor's Living Benefits, PLLC operates as a small business with the intention of growing. Therefore your experience will be different compared to larger companies. Will this be a problem for you?
- We have virtual team meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10am Central time. Although they are not required, not attending these meeting will significantly affect your success rate. Would you be able to attend these meetings?
- This job requires you to have a thick skin as you will face a lot of rejection as you do with most sales jobs. Are you well equipped to handle rejection?
- This job position is very flexible. You are not require to work during a set period of time. With that said, we are looking for individuals who are willing to dedicate time and effort as it is required in order to have success in closing deals. Are you willing to commit at least 10 hours per week?
- You may receive calls from potential clients outside of your dedicated work hours. Being present for these calls are imperative to your success. Will this be a problem for you?
- If hired, you will receive an in-dept self-paced training that is not paid followed by a knowledge test that must be passed with a score of 75(%) or higher in order to start receiving leads. You have an unlimited amount of chances to take the test. Will this be a problem for you?
