Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, resort, or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent
