SUMMARY
Coordinate all aspects of client e-billing requirements including timekeeper rate submissions, bill rejections and resubmissions, short-pays, and ensuring bills are submitted timely, accurately and compliant with clients’ requirements. Coordinate with Billers and Compliance Coordinators regarding all e-billing inquiries, tasks and e-billing intermediary management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work with Senior E-Billing Coordinators to manage e-bill rejections, short-pays, timekeeper submissions, and timely submission of e-bills
- Monitor shared email inboxes for e-billing related emails
- Act as administrator for BillBlast and e-billing intermediary sites
- Assist with general administrative tasks including setting up clients’ e-billing and tracking and distributing year-end invoice submission deadlines
- Assist billers with all aspects of BillBlast including submission of bills, bill errors, and matter set up
- Work closely with Billing Coordinators, Cash Management, and the Client Compliance Group
- Act as back-up for e-billing onboarding
- Liaise with international teams on e-billing related tasks and questions
- Resource for billers for all e-billing submission issues and client-specific template requirements
- Assist with tracking and payment of e-billing intermediary invoices
- Assist with generating, distributing, and analyzing e-bill and AR reports
- Assist Billing Manager with various reports and special projects
- Assist billers with client required monthly accruals/estimates submissions
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with various e-billing intermediaries, Excel and software a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience at law firm

Compensation
The base salary offered for this role will be between $60,000 - $80,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
