Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager and Receptionist, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence while ensuring our clients have a welcoming and seamless experience at the spa. This is a dual-role position that requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, Reels, videos) that reflects our brand and services
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new ways to attract prospective clients
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media strategies
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s booking system
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media management and customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Reliable and able to work weekends
