Job Title: Part-Time Office Admin/Receptionist

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM
Job Summary:
Paramount Power Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Admin/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
· Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry
· Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
· Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including sales, service, and management teams.
· Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office admin, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience.
