We are a leading Health & Wellness Spa in search of a vibrant Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our spa. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the spa along with the General Manager to ensure smooth functioning.
- Efficiently schedule both guests and Guest Services team members to optimize productivity.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for Guest Services staff.
- Optimize inventory levels for our retail stock and supplies.
- Utilize POS software systems (e.g., Meevo) to analyze performance.
- Ensure each guest receives a consistent and outstanding experience.
- Understand the importance of service and personal satisfaction in hospitality.
- Managers days are typically Tuesday-Saturday, hours may vary depending on staff.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in administrative roles requiring analysis, initiative, and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with solid team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in guest relations and management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a face paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Previous experience in spa, hotel hospitality, or salon management a must!
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to implement systems to help the spa thrive and be more efficient.
