Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Design, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall online presence across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Content Creation and Curation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored for each social media platform, including written posts, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats. Ensure content aligns with current trends and delivers measurable results.
- Monitor and Analyze Trends: Monitor social media trends, audience engagement metrics, and competitor activities to inform and optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
- Influencer Outreach and Management: Systematically identify, outreach to, and manage influencers and influencer campaigns to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute large-scale email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and drives conversions.
- Performance-Based Marketing: Understand and implement performance-based marketing strategies, analyzing metrics to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- E-commerce Promotions: Develop and execute social media promotions to support e-commerce initiatives, driving traffic and sales.
- Engage with Followers: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive community, and cultivating a strong brand image on social media channels.
- Crisis Management: Handle crisis situations, negative comments, and reputation management with tact and professionalism to maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve social media performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing social media for a consumer brand, preferably within an e-commerce company in the home furnishing industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content and convey the brand’s voice.
- Creative Thinking: Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and performance.
- Influencer Management: Experience in systematically outreaching to and managing influencers and influencer campaigns.
- Email Marketing Experience: Experience in planning and executing large-scale email marketing campaigns.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of performance-based marketing and e-commerce promotions.
- Crisis Management Skills: Ability to handle crisis situations, negative comments, and manage brand reputation effectively.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage with the online community.
