Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling service appointments for customers who's service is due that month. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Schedule customers appointments using the designated scheduling system (PestPac)
- Manage and update customers account as needed while ensuring accuracy
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments
-CSR responsibilities such as solving customer issues, concerns, collecting payments, directing of calls as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service industry preferred
- Proficient in using scheduling systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems is an asset
