Operations Associate
As the Operations Associate, you will assist the VP of Operations and Programs with overall operational responsibility for all Flexwind lines of service, including internal business operations and the maintenance of existing and future programs.
You will be expected to develop a deep knowledge of our projects/programs, business plans, and culture. You will focus on assisting the team in knowledge management, program management, and relationship management. Prior experience in HR and general operations responsibilities is a must.
You must be highly organized, a strong communicator, and have an eye for detail in written communications and publications.
As the Operations Associate, you will support the Flexwind Executive Team, which includes the VP of Operations and Programs, CEO, and President.
Responsibilities
- Manage necessary reporting of LOE metrics, burn rates, and timesheet reconciliations.
- Report on metrics, performance, target achievement, and issues for employees on contract.
- Develop systems, processes, and tools to support the facilitation, collection, and sharing of knowledge generated by our programs and organization.
- Work collaboratively with the senior management team to integrate cross-program activities and functions.
- Manage recruiting pipeline;
- Assist recruiter in sourcing high-performance team members.
- Schedule and hold interviews.
- Resume consolidation and maintenance.
- Schedule, organize, and attend job fairs and similar events
- Schedule, plan, and facilitate events within budget with assistance from leadership
- Manage our digital presence on social platforms and website
- Manage office assets such as hardware and software for employees and any office purchase or needs
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and master new tools/applications (such as collaboration and triage tools)
- Detail-oriented and very organized: The individual in this role must be able to take a large amount of data and create simple-to-understand knowledge systems to be referenced, reused, and grown upon. They must also be able to organize electronic filing systems.
- Exceptional Communication and Influencing Skills: The individual in this role must have strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be a persuasive, credible, and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills. This individual must work collaboratively with internal and external partners and other organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people

- Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in an HR or Operations role.

Location:
- The position is remote but will need occasional in-person support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
