Homebuilder seeks a dynamic sales manager for a community in Kent County.
In this position you will be required to:
Prospect and market to attract new customers.
Demonstrate the model home and home sites to customers.
Market the houses/development to Realtors.
Work closely with the site superintendent and office staff to ensure sales goals are met.
Perform all necessary follow-up to ensure successful closing of sales.
Explain the benefits of the home designs, quality of construction and energy efficiency.
Effectively explain and process sales documents to prospective customers.
Discuss and explain the home building and buying process to customers.
Resolve issues or problems with the home buyer.
Collect completed registration forms from prospects that visit the model and enter in to database.
Complete weekly traffic reports.
Host promotional events for prospects and Realtors.
Research the competitions pricing, product, incentives and provide the information to management.
Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years previous sales experience required.
New home sales experience preferred.
Weekend work is required.
Real Estate license is not required.
Very good oral and written communication skills are required.
