HR Manager with Executive Assistant Duties for the CEO
Location: City of Commerce, with potential relocation to City of Industry. Flexibility to move between locations is required.
Overview:
Alpine Corporation, a dynamic and growing company with employees in America, China, and the Philippines, is seeking a versatile and dedicated HR Manager. This unique role encompasses not only the management of our human resources functions but also includes duties as an Executive Assistant to our CEO. The successful candidate will be based in the City of Commerce with a possible future move to the City of Industry, reflecting our company's need for flexibility and adaptability. Our team operates across three warehouses, and we're in the process of considering a main office move to the City of Industry. This role is pivotal to our operations and strategic direction, offering a unique blend of HR and executive support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Human Resources Management: Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, staffing, payroll, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws across the various jurisdictions we operate in.
*Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to align human resources strategy with business objectives. This includes playing a key role in planning for our potential office relocation.
*Executive Assistance to the CEO: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing a wide range of administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination of activities. The role demands discretion and confidentiality, with a focus on maximizing the CEO's efficiency.
*Cross-Cultural Team Management: Facilitate communication and HR practices across our diverse team locations in America, China, and the Philippines. Ensure all employees, regardless of location, feel supported and integrated into our corporate culture.
*Transition and Training: The incoming HR Manager will be thoroughly trained by the current incumbent to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
* Experience in a role that includes personal or executive assistant duties is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the United States, China, and the Philippines.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures.
* Flexibility to move between our locations as required and adapt to potential changes in our operational base.
*Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
