As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of court reporting services. You will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules between clients and resources, such as court reporters and videographers. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with these professionals, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role also includes monitoring phones and email inboxes to provide timely and accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry related to scheduling and client information.
- Coordinate schedules with clients and resources (court reporters, videographers, etc.). - Build and maintain professional relationships with court reporters, videographers, and other resources.
- Resolve scheduling issues and provide accurate resolutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage phone calls and email inboxes to ensure prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Reporter Base preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges.
