Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, order entry, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and transactions
- Coordinate billing and invoicing processes
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding financial matters
- Support the principal in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial or administrative role
- Proficiency in order entry and data management
- Knowledge of financial software and systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Familiarity with calendar management and phone systems
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience working in a school
Preferred Skills:
- Background in front desk operations is beneficial
