Overview:
The Calpads Support Specialist is a critical piece of the School Pathways professional service team. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Accounts and CALPADS, this role will be responsible for the following: CALPADS Support- Provide client assistance with any or all of the following as per their contract:
- Complete all required CALPADS submissions for the school year
- SSID enrollment
- Ongoing data reconciliation
- Fall 1 (enrollment, graduates, dropouts, English language acquisition statuses, eligible immigrant counts, unduplicated disadvantaged student counts including FRPM, homeless, foster)
- Fall 2 (student course enrollment, English learner education services, staff job classifications, staff assignments)
- EOY 1 (course section completion, career technical education concentrators and completers, CTE non-concentrators participants)
- EOY 2 (program participants, homeless)
- EOY 3 (cumulative enrollment, discipline, student absenteeism)
CALPADS Hourly Support Contracts
- Assist with incoming hourly support tickets
- Track billable hours in Hubspot
- Learn School Pathways-CALPADS data sources
- Understand use of School Pathway systems
- Understand where the data is housed and how schools can correct errors in School Pathways.
Maintain client communications directly with client (looping Enterprise AM in, but they are not to be the point of contact).
- Maintain all client communication using Hubspot
- Bi-weekly ongoing update communication
- Monthly CCE, ERD, and MID anomalies
- Fall 1, Fall 2, EOY 1-3 Reminders for Compliance Report resolution, Submission and Certification.
- Cohort Monitoring Reports 15.1 & 15.2
Stays up to date with latest changes, reporting needs, data usage, and collaborates with direct manager to implement changes needed.

Assist with testing programing updates to State Reporting pages.
Assist the Manager of EAM and CALPADS with building internal and external knowledge base resources

- Preferred but not required: Experience with the CALPADS reporting system
Note: This position requires the ability to work 8-5 PST/PDT
