Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributor of Chemical Products in the Elizabeth region, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our valued customers. You'll be responsible for overseeing their customer service operations, from managing the customer service team to handling inquiries to implementing strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all customer service operations to ensure exceptional experiences for clients.
· Manage, motivate and oversee the customer service team.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Foster positive relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service management or related fields.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
