**Job Summary:**
Seeking a dedicated house manager / personal assistant to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to manage various household tasks efficiently.
**Duties:**
- Pet Care
- Organize and maintain household, inventory, and supplies
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing budgets, and handling correspondence, phone communications
- Light housekeeping in-between the weekly cleaning service (laundry, dishwasher, etc.)
- Running errands
- Light meal preparation / cooking
**Qualifications**
- Able to bend, lift, and carry items up to 50 LBS
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or office work a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills for maintaining a well-run household
- Good problem-solving/logical thinking/reasoning skills
- Fluent with Mac computers
- Reliable car to run errands
