We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and managing the front desk operations.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office files and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent customer support and communication skills
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
